My 22 months isn't until April, I'm only eligible for the $75 discount

If you got the Evo on launch, you were most likely a Premier member at that time. If so, when Sprint changed the game and made you silver, you were eligible for a one-time one year upgrade.

I would check with Sprint and point this out. Hopefully, you aren't too late if the above is correct and you were a Premier member last year. Can't hurt to call.

Dude there was a forum on sprintusers.com where a sprint employee was reinstating yearly upgrades for those who got screwed

Same here.. they restored my yearly upgrade just by calling and asking, did it for my friend too. Next year I will be Premier Gold for 10 years as a Sprint customer... So Awesome! Love getting a new phone every summer for only 200 bucks!
