Root force close on prime rom 4.0

Any ideas why I get force closes on this rom. I also get a lot of skipping and lagging.

I find it is one of the smoothest and most stable. maybe reinstall rom? what type of FC's?

I reflashed and seems to be running smoothly. I will give it a little time to see if anything changes. Thank you all for the quick replies.

i have been wanting to test this rom out and all the links davegrow has posted are dead links now ,and if anyone has this file saved and would upload it to a site of sorts and post the link that would be awsome ty in advance.
