Help Force Close??

Anyone else ever have an error message pop up when receiving an in-coming call that reads something about xyz has encountered an error and you have this box to click on that says "force close" which is your only option. So, you can either let the call continue to ring (you can't answer it) or you can force close it and thus hang up on them... even more irritating is that the incoming call does not show up on ANY call log so if it's someone you don't know you have to quickly write the number down or memorize it... or pray they leave a voice mail... not happy with this phone... so wish I wouldn't have let the AT&T sales rep talk me into this over an Iphone :-(
 
as much as this sucks to do, try a factory reset and see if it fixes it. It could be an app, it usually is
 
If its a force close error that mentions moto blur it may be a issue with your blur account, try starting a new account after you backup your contacts and info.

I am using samsung galaxy ace mobile and i am facing the same issue.It force closes once in a while but is annoying to keep guessing who called.I have also approached the customer service center and they told me its some software issue.They returned my mobile after 2 days and i was very happy when they told me that the problem is rectified.
But its back and again i see the same force close message on random incoming calls.I have installed 2 GB SD card and have only installed 2 apps in my phone.I bought this phone in March 2011.

Please let me know if anyone knows of a solution.
