Depends what phone you have and what OS you are running, you might have apps that are not compatible with your OS, we need more info

Hello and welcome aboard. Sorry to hear that - it seems like you're being plague by what some of us called the "rogue" application. This application is an app that is either incompatible or as gone rogue, and hence causing this type of problem.
Finding the app and uninstall it should rid you of such an annoying problem. Start by uninstall all the apps that you don't use on a regular.
