I hope someone can offer guidance to my issue: I installed an app sent by o2, which has crashed my Android v2 Samsung Galaxy S2 into force quit loops.
I can't connect the phone to my mac via Kies or the USB facility to copy over all of the files before doing a factory reset.
Can anyone suggest a way of accessing and copying the files (including phone contacts) which bypasses the force quit loop and the fact that I can't access the USB facility which would allow my Mac to see my phone.
Any suggestions to resolve this problem and access/save my data would be welcome. Btw-I don't have an SD card installed in the phone.
