Root forced stay awake when charging

Using 0a 2.3 rom

I have stay awake disabled in the system settings, but the phone always boots back on when charger is plugged into an off phone - keeps me from bump charging and it stinks.

Any known apps that do this as a default (ive not turned this on in any I use) or is it possibly oa rom doing it?

Well i think if you turn the phone off with the charger plugged in it shouldn't boot back up it'll just show that charging screen.

So Are you trying to bump charge?

yes and it still restarts on me.
