Yes, it works with Ford Sync. My friend texted me and the notification showed on the mytouch screen.

Did it dictate the message? I don't have MyTouch but it does not speak received messages on my Sync system. All other features work fine and i especially like the sound it makes upon hanging up a call.

It does sync contacts with the Ford Sync,

but I don't know what DejaOffice is...

It does sync contacts, all of them, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail etc. A bit annoying if you ask me.. Twitter contacts, really?

It does not sync contact pictures with MyFordTouch on my Explorer.

I have photos with some of my contacts and they show up.
