Help Forgets contacs!

My S3 is constantly and randomly forgetting my contact info, as in all of my text messages or phone logs dont show the persons name anymore just their number and if i go into contacts it shows none. Only fix is to reset the phone. It is NOT an issue with which contacts are displayed and it is ALL of my contacts whether stored on the phone, sim or backed up on google. Even my facebook contacts dissappear. Must be a software issue but cant find anyone else who has this problem that has found a solution.

Are you rooted? Does it happen on different roms?

Stock non rooted, i happen to have call blocker so im going to uninstall that app, thank you!

So far so good, as soon as i uninstalled it my contacts came back!
