Help Forgot Lock Screen Pattern

Hi Friends,
My brother in law forgot his lock pattern on his tablet and he has tried to unblock it like 40 times (I kid you not) but the tablet keeps accepting patterns and doesn´t lock to offer the Gmail recovery feature or anything else. It just keeps saying to try again after 30 seconds and we have been doing that for that last 30 minutes. Any ideas?

Clearing the Cache on recovery mode will do the trick.

I'm not familiar with that tablet but clearing the cache had work for all the devices I fixed so you can give it a shot.

Even if the methods in that link don't work, it would still give you an idea. As long as you have a Google account registered with the tablet, you can unlock it, that's the principle of Android itself.

I'm not sure what you mean by that? An idea of what?

ADM is your best bet, but the tablet needs an active network connection for it to work. Also, being a Chinese tablet, did it come with Google Play Services installed? Does it have a Gmail account linked to it?

Also, I'm not too sure how clearing the cache would bypass the password either?

Thank you all for your help. Android Multi Tools was used and it unblocked it like in a second. A google account had not been set up yet. Thanks again.
