Help forgot pattern in moto g3

hi,
one of my friends changed my pattern and now i cant access it.. any way to bypass it without a hardreset?
moto g3 running stock
no forgot pattern

PIN or password, if you set one in addition to the pattern lock. No way to bypass AFAIK, because that would negate the security completely, not without completely resetting it.
