Help Forgot pin

I forgot my screen lock pin i can't use my android device manager because it just sends notification when i click set up lock and erase. my volume up button is not working so i cant do factory reset. pls help me

Hello,
Try to enter your screen lock pin repeatedly
for more than 5 times,if it is the wrong ones
You will be asked to enter your google ID.
You can add it to open.

it doesnt have that it just says i have entered incorrect pin X times
