Forgotten Password

Hi i have 2 tablets same specs from SANEI N83, in one of them i am unable to unlock the screen password i tried to reboot with holding volume button it takes me to android image with exclamation mark but not further and restarts in normal mode asking for password

is there any possibility to reset the password or if I can make a bootable SD card from working Tablet and boot the locked one from SD card or any other wat please help
 
After several tries with the false password should come a Google account login.

You might need a data connection, not sure about.
