form to .pdf on android tablet

[arrowpc]

I have a customer running a chiropractic business who wants to be able to give his customers a tablet, with which they can then sit down and fill out the usual form for his records of them.... but he wants it to be in .PDF when they are finished.

So basically I need the customer to sit down, fill out the form he supplies, convert it to .PDF and either email it or save it to his small windows 7 based file server !

Any ideas would be fantastic !! Cheers.

Brett.

Why not use an Adobe Acrobat (on PC) to create this forms? Then they don't need be converted.

With a PDF reader like ezPDF Reader at the tab the form could be filled out.

As mentioned above, you can use Adobe Acrobat to create PDF form. Microsoft Office and Open Office can also export documents as PDF Forms.

For form filling (and signing) you can use Fill and Sign PDF Forms as well:
