Help Formatted SD Card and System

Lurker
My Galaxy Note N7000 was running a 4.2.2 custom ROM and I was upgrading to the newest version of the ROM, a 4.3 build. Tiredness is my only excuse for the stupidity of what I did next - I had to format/system on CWM recovery as part of the install yet I somehow managed to click the wrong option and formatted my SD card. Not thinking properly, I assumed I had accidentally wiped my external micro SD so i continued to format system and attempted to reboot. I realized I screwed things up when Clockwork mod told me my phone wasn't rooted after trying to reboot. I clicked on root device just hoping for the best at this point and needless to say my phone wont boot up. I can't access CWM recovery either, it boots into Odin/download mode when I use the recovery button combination.
Can I fix this? Any help is much appreciated.

There may be better options than this, but based on my limited flashing experience I'd do the following....

1. Flash a stock Samsung ROM using PC Odin. Hopefully this will get you a working phone once more.
2. Flash Philz kernel to get custom recovery installed.
3. Download the custom ROM image and Gapps to your external card.
4. Follow installation instructions to the letter for your custom ROM.
