I just copied the files I had from the card that came with the phone to my 'puter, then copied from my computer to the new card i.e. I didn't bother formatting the card or anything. Is it worth trying to format the card or similar?
FWIW, my file manager was reporting around 6MB/sec transfer to the original card that came with the phone, and around 7.5MB/sec to the class 6...
