After a long and nice relationship with my Blackberry (9760) and a drop in water. I have decided to take the Android - HTC MyTouch Slide plunge. I'm having three small issues.
1. I can't seem to customize photos or the galleries. Everything is Gmail based, with I am not crazy about frankly-I don't use gmail all that much. Photos I import just seem to go into whatever folder it wants.
2. How do I put the phone/screen in a protection mode without turning it off? So my purse won't keep dialing people.
3. And as a former Crack, I mean Blackberry user, there are apps that I was truly addicted to that I can't find equal to in Android world. One being BeBuzz. A 'maybe' unnecessary app, but completely awesome!. Its a customizable LED notification. It allows you to make your LED do all kinds of cool things according to who calls/SMS/emails, etc. And not just 3 or 4 colors. It had at least 15 colors 'Disco', 'Police', 'Flashing', and more. I can't believe Android does not have something equal. I bought this particular phone over and LG because of the LED light. Is there any similar app out there to this. And I have Handcent, which does nothing close to BeBuzz.
