FORUMS APP DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY TAB S3

How do I get the forums app to recognize my Galaxy Tab S3?

I manually checked your logs and the app should be reporting "Samsung Galaxy Tab S3". If it is still not, please let me know and we can investigate more on what is going on. Thanks!
