forward call to another number

I'm on a Samsung Infuse with ATT. Is there a way to forward specific incoming calls to my home phone. Is there any app for this. I know ATT has call forwarding but can't tell if i can just forward specific numbers.

I know through my Verizon account i can set up call forwarding and you can tell it to always call forward or do it only when you are busy...

Otherwise a good solution would be Google Voice, you just attach your mobile phone number and home phone to the account and whenever you receive calls directed towards the mobile number or home number they will ring on your mobile...i suppose this is kind of backwards of what you wanted but hey, it offers some solutions haha.
