Forward Yahoo Mail to Gmail Free!

Step:5 Click New Setting and change it to Yahoo! Asia. Also accept the new Terms of Agreement.

I'm stuck on this part. When I click on Set Language, site, time zone I only have Regional Site and Language. I can not change the drop down menu from YAHOO US IN ENGLISH. I can not find Asia in the Time Zone drop down menu. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the exact same problem. Help?

I got the same problem as the two above me.

I'm thinking Yahoo figured out this "loop hole" and fixed it.

Sigh

One of the few ways to get your Yahoo mail (old style) elsewhere is through GMX. They can get your current messages on their mail service. I used it to clean out Yahoo account when Yahoo started that crap about new mail.

I use Thunderbird for email, and can get Gmail and GMX together. Gmail can probably use GMX pop/imap. GMX is free.

I mostly use Yahoo for possible spammers and the same for GMX.

Just tried importing/connecting my Yahoo mail into GMX.. does not work. (Same POP error that gmail gives. Needs to upgrade to Pro)
After scraping the interwebs, still can't find any successful way of connecting/importing Y!Mail into GMail.

Hi I know this thread is older, but I am trying to do it now and I can't get my Ymail to go to classic...if I change the time zone in the new ymail it doesn't do anything. Is this option still working if you can't change to classic ymail?

This seems to be very complicated and convoluted. It's a lot easier to just use maildroid or K9. Simply enter your yahoo username and password and you get push notifications for all new yahoo mail (and any other accounts you add to it). I currently use maildroid with my gmail, yahoo, and outlook.com accounts. All my new mail gets pushed to my combined inbox. Or I can view each individual inbox.

And I didn't have to do any of these crazy settings changes on yahoo.

Hope it helps
