Help forwarding a contact

Hi Peeps,

Any idea if it is at all possible to forward a contact by sms? In my old Samsung F480 I could insert someone's details in an sms and send them to someone else. Recently, my partner wanted a mobile phone no, and I couldn't forward her the contact details. Had to bloody punch them in after writing the number down.....

Thats some disadvantage of being too smart

Best way is,
1. Select the contact to be forwarded in the 'To' field during composing SMS
2. Copy the contact (Long press in 'To' field>copy all)
3. Paste it in the compose body
4. Delete the contact in 'To' field and send it to intended person.

I am not aware of any specific command in the OS for doing this. Hope this helps

Yeah, that will work! Thanks, mate. A bit of a roundabout way of doing things, but at least it can be done!

"Smart" phones, hey? Hmmmm.....
