I cant find out how to foward sms or mms . When I click on the menu it just gives me the option to insert attach or delete conversation

when you long press the bubble it gives you the option. I have never done it so I don't know if it forwards just the bubble you pressed or the whole conversation.

When in a text message conversation with someone you have to long press on whichever message you want to forward and then it brings that text into a new text where you have the option of editing the text or just sendind it to your contacts. hope this helps
