forwarding unopened sms

How do I prevent the sender from knowing when I open their text? Can I forward it w/o opening the text? Can I "un-flag" a message sent to me?
 
Hi

As far as I know you cannot find out if a recipient has opened an sms. There is no mechanism for this. There is for mms and several other services (Viber etc) I don't think you can prevent it for mms.
