Root fouled up exhibit 11 4g after rooting

I rooted the phone then removed lots of files. Now the phone will no make calls . I runs wifi and everything else I,ve try very fast . I get the message messing process.com.andriod.mms has stopped unexpectedly. force close allso where the signal strength bar should be there is a circle with a slash thru the circle. I didn,t back up or freeze when I removed files. What do I have to do to get it back Help Frank in Florida
 
sent exhibit 11 4 g back to Texas. came back like new Now to try agian I best be more carefull. I.m thinking there maybe a slight difference in the soft ware I didnt notice the Galaxy in the greating upon boot before. Frank in Florida
