Found a great list of Hidden Menu codes!

CrimsonToker

This is a big list of different dialer code menus from the beginning of Android through to now. Thanks to Anonymous for compiling it all in one place!

(Mod note - that's an old listing and appears to be a mashup of some Samsung and Micromax codes and maybe a few from HTC, many of which started on an Indian blog in 2011. Proceed at your own risk - don't expect them to all work - don't expect your phone to come out unscathed. Early)

Android is one of the best and most widely used mobile OSes on cell phones today. Founded by Andy Rubin, Rich Miner, Nick Sears and Chris White in Palo Alto, California; it has come a long way in development. They originally wanted to develop software for cameras, but after realizing that cameras do not have a very large market, they went on secretly developing “Android” – an OS that would rival Symbian and Windows Mobile. “We wanted smarter mobile devices that are more aware of its owner’s location and preferences,” Andy Rubin said, when he came up with the idea of Android.
On August 17th 2005, Google acquired Android Inc., and from then on it was all “uphill” for Rubin, Miner & White. Back then, no one knew whether or not Google was going to enter the mobile market with this move. Since 2008, Android has seen numerous updates (Alpha 1.0, Beta 1.1, Cupcake 1.5, Donut 1.6, Éclair 2.0 – 2.1, Froyo 2.2 – 2.2.3, Gingerbread 2.3 – 2.3.7, Honeycomb 3.0 – 3.2.6, Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 – 4.3.1, Jelly Bean 4.1 – 4.3.1, Kitkat 4.4 – 4.4.4, Lollipop 5.0 – 5.0.2) and with these updates, they have embedded some commands that experienced Android users or people with basic technical Android knowledge can tweak and play around with. Below is the list of codes (NOTE: they are general codes and they should work with most Android phones, however, they may NOT work with Android’s latest update, Lollipop):

Proceed at your own risk, don't be alarmed if nothing happens for most of these.

...and if in any doubt, don't do anything!

Seriously, some of these codes may access engineering/diagnostic menus that the end-user was never meant to see. Unless you know for sure what the consequences are, don't change anything!
