FPse disc swapping?

I was wondering how this emulator handles multiple cd games such as chrono cross/final fantasy 7-9? I plan to buy it but was just wondering when I get to the end of a "disc" for a ROM, does the program have me select disc 2 of a rom set and continue playing with my progress?

Simply select, "eject disk," then load the next disk and continue as normal.
