hi I have a Samsung 4 I want to set it back to factory settings ive saved my photos to my computer and ive saved contacts to sim but if I set this back to factory settings wil I loose my saved emails that I have on my phone ???

You should not save contacts to SIM. That's very outdated technology and can store names and phone numbers only - no email addresses, photos, house addresses, notes or other info. Highly recommend saving all contacts to your Google account (as Google contacts). This saves all contact information both on the phone and 'in the cloud' for backup and easy restoration. Your phone's manual covers all this stuff in detail.

If your email is a Google account or other IMAP service emails will be restored to your phone after setup. If it's a POP3 account it would be best to back email up using a backup app such as Helium or MyBackup before resetting the phone.
