Don't know where you got that from. I called the number. It sent me a text. I downloaded the game. Cost me the price of the text so I guess 15 cents or so is what I paid. Technically not free I guess, but are we really going to quibble over the cost of one text?

if you read the bottom of the fine print, its only certain VZW droid devices and software versions, maybe those having issues dont match up with that?

This is REALLY lame. My X2 is supported, but only with 2.2! The 2.3 update went out to everyone LONG ago! Why even list the phone at all? LOL
