Phones4u are advertising free mp3 players on the posters in store, when i asked as i was taking out my contract they said you had to go on a website to redeem it however there was no mention of this in my documentation or in the packaging. Anyone got any ideas?
 
The website is practically a different company to the retail stores, they dont price match against the web, if you ask in store they just dial up the web team and get a refferal bonus.
Its worth a glance though :-)
 
No mention on the website however i did notice that p4u have a forum so have posted on there.
 
thanks crofty, got a reply from the phones4u forums however apparently they are experiencing problems with the website (mainly that its saying my imei is invalid)
 
Yeah true mate, i put my details into the site and it came up with "incorrect IMEI"
Their customer services confirmed there are issues at the minute
