Where & or how to i get free music & ringtones for my htc rhyme legally?

You might search the play store for a set of free ringtones. I haven't looked but it's quite possible that they might exist. As for free music.... I'm a dry source.

For free ringtones try the app Zedge

Free music legally is unlikely unless you are prepared to have adverts. Google play music works well for me. Try Spotify deezer rdio etc. Tunein radio is great but it is radio.
