FREE note taking app which can take audio/video notes with comments ..also office doc can be attached in the same note.

similar to Catch Pro or Evernote premium version ......but these are paid app.

Is there any FREE app which has the same features ?

Free version of Evernote can do what you want. SpringPad is completely free.

Ok. I have installed Evernote. ....but I find one issue.... when I take a note ..it does not show Date along with note.

it shows note taking time though.

Is it not possible to see date of note ?

this is important ...I may want to know when I took the note at a later time.

How this can be achieved ?

Thanks

If you made the note today, it will show time. But if you made it another day, for example last week, it will show date.

Excellent. Thanks.

I have one concern ....I want this Evernote to be PIN protected so that none can read my private notes.

Is it possible ?

as of now ..its taking phone's default google account and opening note....Is it possible to protect the Evernote by a PIN ?

I am just worried about security of my notes.

Yes it's in settings. But you have to buy the premium version.
