Why do you think that 100-200 MB free RAM is a problem? Android is not Windows 95, and doesn't need vast amounts of free RAM to keep working. The way it works is it keeps recently or frequently used apps in RAM even when not in use. This is more efficient than clearing them out, which just wastes time and energy next time you use them and have to reload them. If the RAM is needed for another app the OS will clear the space, but otherwise you are better off not doing this. As the old Linux saying goes, "free RAM is wasted RAM" - RAM that is left empty is not actually doing you any good.
In short, if you are not having problems, don't worry at all. I never look at how much RAM I have free.
One thing I will say is that you should uninstall the app killer. Those things waste power, killing apps which are just going to be reloaded, and generally degrade battery life and performance.
