Free Screen Share(PC screen on Tablet) Over Wifi

[Android Question]

I want to remote control my laptop screen from my android tablet. My laptop is further connected to my tv on HDMI. What will be the best app for this purpose. I used remote desktop client, but it disconnects my tv when I initiate a remote desktop from my android tablet. I can go for team viewer but I suppose that uses Internet. I am looking for an app that uses WIFI.

Any VNC app will probably work, but any remote control app will probably disconnect the TV when it's active. It's supposed to remote the video RAM on the computer (laptop in this case), not the video on some other remote device.
