Not sure if everyone knows this or not but I managed to get free overnight Fedex priority shipping on the Droid when I ordered online. Use the promo code 'FREEOVERNT'
 
I just ordered mine over the phone and it's coming tomorrow, the gentlemen also gave me free ON shipping.
 
Im guessing it all just depends on when it leaves Verizon's facility. The description on the shipping just said Fedex Priority 10:30AM overnight shipping. Based on Fedex's website this means if they have it before 4:30PM I will get it before 10:30AM Saturday. If it doesn't leave Verizon until after 4:30PM I won't get it until Monday. Here's to hoping Verizon is prepared for this!
