Freebie ($6 value) offer for chromecast owners

I tried the offer, it didn't give me Google play credit like the link says, but it gave me four options:

1-free month of youtube red...no ads.
2-a few free months of sling streaming tv service
3-a free movie video rental from Google play anytime before 12.31.15

I don't recall the fourth option, I choose the third.

I tried it yesterday and the only offers I had were 90 days of free Play Music or a free rental.

Yeah... No 6 dollars here either... Is it possible we missed it? The fourth option was a month of play music.
