Freezing and reboot

Have any of you guys been having an issue where your prime freezes then reboots? I don't have very many processes running for apps, and it will freeze for a minute and then reboot.

does anyone know of a way to fix this without a factory reset? Or is that my only option at this point?

This is an official thread started from an ASUS tech. Not much help but at least you can track the progress of this issue.

Also, By chance can you look at your battery history? and see if you have any battery spikes? before the reboot?

Might look something like this:

I haven't had any battery spikes before the reboots. Or at least, there weren't any that show up in battery stats.
