Hello. I bought a MINIX Neo X6 Android TV Box , 4.4 OS (KitKat) according to the description in
the booklet. I have installed the "FilmOn" app hoping to view different TV channels.
I am quite disappointed and frustrated by the fact that it freezes approximately every 30 minutes .
The picture stands still, no movement at all, just like a postcard. I use a wireless mouse and I click at
the centre of the TV and I get the "Pause" icon, click again and box reloads again and the "Pause" icon
reappears, then I click again and the "Playback" icon appears, click that and it starts working for
another 30 minutes. and the process is repeated. Sometimes when I switch OFF and ON again the
problem sorts itself out, but it is only temporary. The next time I start watching, the same
situation starts all over again.
I thought of inserting a 64Mbs Micro SD card in the slot to increase the memory capacity of the
Android but I don't know if this will of any use. ( 64 Mbs is recommended by the manufacturers).
I am new to Android TV Boxes with limited knowledge. So, please can anybody help me sort this problem?
