Hi.
I have a Samsung galaxy tab 4 10.1 , from the beginning I had problems with it, it randomly freezes when I unlock it, randomly freezes when using internet, or opening an app, sometimes I get bluescreen sometimes it freezes where I was at, and it is completely random sometimes it goes for day without any freezing , other times it freezes like 7 times in 5 minutes.....I have reset the device to its factory settings, it worked then for about 2 weeks with no problems and now this freezing , blue screen,.... has started to happen again, I really have no idea what to do anymore because it seems that nothing helps...I was very happy when I got this new tab but only problems came with it, I had galaxy tab 2 10.1 before and it worked with no problems it didn't freeze one time ever and my mother still uses it and she has no problems with it.
the device is old about 4 months, should I return it and get a new one as part of warranty, does anyone has any solutions???
