I've tried that and it still freezes. I turned of the lockscreen and now it freezes when i get a text or call. Frustrating.

Make sure that you have the latest firmware also. Right after I got my out of the box JB Reverb, I downloaded Kies to my PC and updated my firmware. The latest FW is MD6.

I've owned my phone for over a month now and still no freeze yet.
