( I'm a french guy and my english is very bad , sorry)

I have a *.jar file and i try to install it on my HTC MAGIC phone.
But i don't know how to do this.

Can somewone help me .

First What is in the .jar file?

Android recognizes .zip files for upgrades.

... android supports .apk for apps.

I am not a Magic user but I have not hear of using a .jar file ... but it's contents probably need to be extract to be used... ???

You will need SDK 1.5 and Eclipse to create apps/games for Android ...

then you will have to translate the native code to java and then make a signed apk using the SDK/Eclipse sytem ...

Hello,

You just delete the .jar extension
exemple:
Quickoffice_HTC_1.0.1.apk.jar --> Quickoffice_HTC_1.0.1.apk

Translation:
Supprimer simplement l'extension .jar
et tu obtiens l'application .apk
