fresh 1.1 and market

I was notified in twidroid that there was an update available and it is not showing in the market. Is there a known bug with protected apps and Fresh 1.1? last time I checked it wasnt protected but who knows now after the update.
I even tried to use a QR code and it still would not work. Any suggestions?

did you try any rom other then a 1.5 rom ? ive seen /and heard of thr protected apps disapearing after going to 2.1 thats what happend to me and there is a lenthy walkthrough to get them back

I think this is more of market/twidroid problem than a market/ fresh issue.
I've had both market and twidroid both tell me that an update was available less than 5 mins after I had updated, and my phone is not rooted.
