Root FRG33 to FRG83?

I have a Nexus One that I purchased used. It is rooted and has Android 2.2 FRG33. I haven't received any OTA updates for months and I'm assuming it's because I'm on FRG33. Does anyone know how I can update this to FRG83 so I can start getting OTA updates again? I can't seem to find an FRG83 update that will update from FRG33.
