Friend Locator

Ok, thanks, but that is only showing users, whom I previously sent invitations, I would like to try an app, which is showing users worldwide :)
 
You cant track someone who doesnt want to be tracked. @_@ They'd have to enable their phone to track them first, using Latitude or some other programs.
 
you have social discovery apps for that. I recently started using one and it's really cool.

You can find ppl on a map who are nearby but also worldwide.
