Help Friend not receiving my pics

No matter what his phone just won't receive picture messages from me. He receives my texts just fine but when I send him a pic it shows that it was sent successfully on my end but he doesn't even know I sent it until I ask him if he got it (which he never does). But if I send a pic to my old Samsung Gravity (which is a 2g phone I believe) and send it to him from there he will receive it. He has a prepaid HTC with AT&T. My E2 does auto resize the pics before they are sent.

What can he or I do to fix this? Also if you think this question would be better answered in another section please let me know. TIA
