Help Friend Stream Widget

Being a div, I managed to delete my friend stream widget by accident from my Sensation Z710e, I can't seem to work out how to get it back. I found it in the list of "all apps" but I've held my finger on it and it does nothing, can't drag it or anything, no menu options either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - I'm not very techy btw.
