Friend Stream

Hi everyone, I am in need of some help here I am really going to tear my hair out for some unknown reason I seem to be having troubles using Friend Stream, I tried an idea that someone had on here to cleare cache but it was grayed out so I couldn't do that, so I just cleared data and restarted phone....didn't help even when I attempt to post something it says "unable to update facebook please try again later" my Facebook app works fine it's just Friend Stream If anyone can help I would be so greatfull.
