So my friends phone won't turn on. Well it does but its just stuck on the start up screen. Is there anything she can do to fix it? Thank you

Was the phone rooted or just stock?

No its not rooted. Could I try holding the home and volume keys?

Sure you could try that-just be aware that it will erase all data/factory reset the phone.
