I just tried the app Fring with my new Droid X, it seems it works pretty good! Obviously we have no front facing camera, but you can use the back camera. I tried it between myself and another android user, then between myself and an iPhone 4 user (It worked on Wifi and 3G, 3G is a little slow depending on your reception). Basically when the other person spoke, I'd watch the screen to see them, when I spoke, I flipped it around to the back side where the camera is so they could see me. Pretty Sweet!
