Help from 2.2 to 2.1?

Hi, I upgraded my samsung galaxy 5 to froyo (2.2). My 2.1 was a lot better, faster and had lithuanian language which I used. So I have 2 questions:
1. Can I restore my android 2.1 with all languages?
2. How to do that?
