Hi Everyone
Im new to this section so please forgive me if this has already been answered.
Ive been reading everywhere that not all carriers will be going over to 2.3 (gingerbread) because it is to much hassle but you can get the update if you are world generic.
Im on UK Vodafone and would like to now how to flash to world generic and how do you tell if you are carrier specific or world generic.
my details are
baseband - 2.1.54
Kernel - 2.6.29
build - 2.1.A.0.435
