Help From where can I restore my backed up data?

Android has a backup option in Settings>Backup & Reset where I can backup all my data to Google's servers. But from where do I retrieve that data when I reset my phone? Sounds like a dumb question but I wanna make sure I don't lose forever my data., and I plan on unlocking the bootloader on my phone. Thanks.

After you reset your phone and turn it on it takes you to the setup wizard where you enter your Gmail details and then it should ask you if you want to restore your apps ect (i think the box is checked by default)
